HOW DO THE CREDITS WORK?

The balance in your account corresponds to your credits. A credit on purchase-club.com can be spent within 60 days. The amounts of credits that you receive is equal to the value of the subscription payment, based on the currency.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

From your first purchase, by selecting the price reserved for Privilege Members, you will automatically be subscribed and can benefit immediately from the Privilege offers. Your automatic payment will be charged at $49.99 and will be converted at the rate of 1:1 in credits and deposited into your account.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?​

By purchasing products at the Privilege price, you will automatically become a subscriber.

There is a trial period of 3 days, then on the third day the amount of $49.99 (or $125 for a quarterly subscription) will be charged to you and applied to your account in the form of credits at the rate of 1:1.

You can then:

  • make payments to your account and make purchases at a competitive price
  • not pay for a given month
  • or cancel your subscription at any time.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
  • Login to your account and go to “My Account”, click on “Cancel Subscription” and then click “Cancel”.
  • Contact our customer service by writing to support@purchase-club.com.

You will receive an email to confirm that your account is cancelled.

When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged for your subscription each month on the date of your first payment. For example. In the case of a monthly subscription:
– I was charged on 17 April, then on the 17th of each month until I cancel my subscription.
 
In the case of a quarterly subscription:
– I was charged on 17 April, then on the 17th every 3 months until I cancel my subscription.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

From the day your order is dispatched, you usually need to allow between 2 and 9 working days to receive it. If you have a problem, check your postal address and contact customer service for more information.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you wish to return a product, you can contact customer service by writing to support@purchase-club.com.

To ensure that you email is dealt with quickly, please add your name, order number, the reason for the return and your postal address.

If you wish to return the order to us due to the product being damaged, please send us an email with a photo of the item and we will find a solution together.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON RETURNED PRODUCTS?

You can return products within the 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The products must be returned in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned.

I HAVE USED MY CREDITS, HOW DOES THE REIMBURSEMENT WORK?

If you have an active subscription, and your payment has been converted into credits and you have spent the available credits in your account when buying products, you have the right to a refund within 14 days counting from the day after the refund request. The refund will be a credit to your account. The refund can be claimed by contacting customer services.
